The Garlock Gunslingers

A Western Reenactment and Gunslinger Entertainment Group

The Garlock Gunslingers is a group of experienced performers that provide a lively and exciting form of western style entertainment. We perform vignettes consisting of short excerpts of historically correct reenactments of what did or was likely to have happened during the period of the expansion of the western frontier from about 1840 to the early 1900's. Some of the excerpts of original material and/or excerpts from history, which are as accurate as we are able to make them based on written history and and available data, are presented solely for the purpose of entertainment. We are widely known for our own brand of "tongue-in-cheek" humor as it pertains to the old west.

We dress as historically accurate  as possible, and use reproductions of actual weapons of the era of the old west. We use a variety of single action revolvers that span the entire period of history as mentioned above. We also us double barrel shotguns where possible and any other applicable weapons of the time and era, that can be safely incorporated into our shows. we emphasis a message of gun safety and awareness into our shows, and demonstrate that although we use real weapons, we can entertain people in absolute safety. We pride ourselves on maintaining an accurate look and feel of the old west.
